Tooltips unreadable dur to positioning

Hy, trying to read a tooltip is in most cases not possible as they are simply placed under the hand, finger or cursur arrow. So it would help if you could move them to the side of the cursor to make them readable :-)

Could you please share more details about how the tooltips are being hidden? For example, are they covered by the cursor or finger, clipped by the viewport, or hidden behind another element? A screenshot or short recording would be helpful.
